Imagine you have a toy robot. Normally, you have to control everything it does with a remote. But with AI, it’s like giving the robot the ability to understand its surroundings and make decisions on its own. For example, it can learn to avoid obstacles, recognize your face, or even have a conversation with you.
Think of AI as a really smart assistant. When you ask your smartphone a question and it answers you, or when you use an app that recommends new songs or movies you might like, that’s AI at work. It learns from lots of data, figures out patterns, and makes decisions based on what it has learned.
In short, AI is about making computers and machines smart enough to do tasks that usually need human intelligence, like understanding language, recognizing images, or making decisions.
